Potatoes, enough for all servings,
    cleaned and cut to bite size
Onion, sliced
Sweet green or red pepper, sliced
Butter
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Make packets by laying aluminum foil out, double-layered to protect
from burning. In each packet, put a helping of potatoes, onion, pepper, a
large pat of butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Seal packets as much as possible to keep from losing the juices, and
place them on the grill of a good cooking fire and turn three or four times
while cooking. They might require a half hour or longer to cook through.
Do these on a grill right over a camp fire.
