Brown the sausage in a stock pot. Then add the rest of the
ingredients and simmer for an hour or more. If too thin, add some
instant potato flakes to thicken. If too thick, stir in some milk to
thin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Easy to make old standby.
1 pound of potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 cups of milk
1 pound of bulk sausage
1 14-oz. can of chicken broth
1 large onion, diced
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
