Use this as a stock for soups
or a refreshing hot drink.
(An idea for leftover turkey, too!)
Bony Chicken pieces
    (backs necks & wings from 2 chickens)
3 stalks of celery with leaves, cut up
1 carrot, cut up
1 large onion
1-1/2 teaspoons ofsalt
1/4 teaspon of pepper
3 whole cloves
6 cups of cold water
In a large stockpot bring ingredients to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and
simmer for an hour. Strain the both, and discard the bones, and vegetables.
Save the useable chicken for another use.
