1 cup of orange juice
1 1/2 cups of cranberry juice (not cocktail)
1 cup (packed) of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of allspice
1 cup of dried cherries
3 cups (one 12-ounce bag) of cranberries
Heat the orange and cranberry juices in a medium saucepan over
medium-high heat.
After the mixture heats up, add the other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Stir in the dried cherries and cook for 2 minutes. Then stir in the
cranberries, and cook a while longer.
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and cool.
Homemade sweet stuff for the Holidays. Try the Cranberry version.
