Ham & Pepper Sandwich
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's 2003 "Sandwich of the Year"
2 slices of your favorite bread
Butter for spreading
Mayonnaise to taste
2 to 4 ounces of boiled ham, sliced
1 oz. of prepared sweet pepper, mild or hot to taste
    such as Red Sweet Peppers or Bell Peppers
Ground black pepper to taste
Spread the bread slices with butter and then mayonnaise.
Arrange boiled ham on one slice as if for a ham sandwich.

Top the ham with about an ounce of prepared sweet pepper,
roughly half of a pepper. Sprinkle black pepper over the top
and enjoy.
