Back Yard Burgers
Made like the famous Mid-South version
1/3-pound lean beef patties
Fresh buns
Tomato slices
Onion, Vadalia or yellow, sliced thin
Lettuce
Mayonaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Grill the beef patties to medium rare. Toast the insides of the
buns.

Spread mayonaise on one side of the bun. Then stack a beef
pattie with tomato, onion and lettuce. Salt and pepper to taste.

You can also add ketchup or a sweet bell pepper slice. Mmm.
