The Sandwich Chef presents ...
The Café Hero Sandwich!
Invented after a grueling day at the 2008 Home Builders' Show!
2 slices of Pepperidge Farm Pumpernickel bread
Lots of Mayonnaise
Lots of sliced roast beef from the deli
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
6 or so black olives
6 or so green olives
Okay, you can handle this. You're one of our heros, or you wouldn't
have been let in on this.

Bread slices down.

Spread one slice with lots of mayonnaise.

Arrange lots of cold, sliced roast beef on the other bread slice.

Lots of cream cheese spread on top of the roast beef.

Now make a hero spread by dicing 6 black olives and 6 green olives.
Distribute the hero spread on the cream cheese, and press it in to keep
it from falling out.

Fold sandwich together, and there's your Hero's Sandwich.

Chef says, "Share this with all of your heros. Don't worry about
everyone else. They get plenty to eat."

Two things about a great sandwich:

You have to hold it over something!
You have to open wide to get a bite!
