Salad:
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of parsley

Dressing:
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/4 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1 tablespoon of dill
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions and parsley. Combine dressing
ingredients, pour it over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and
chill for at least an hour.

For a variation, add 3 small sliced tomatoes.
