40 or so Ritz crackers, one sleeve, crushed
1/2 stick of butter
2 pints of vanilla ice-cream (half of a half-gallon),
softened at room temperature for an hour or more
1 3.4-ounce box of instant vanilla pudding, regular size
1/2 cup of milk

Keep some crumbs to sprinkle on top later. Cut the butter into the the
reast of the crumbs, and press the mixture into a 9- or 10-inch pie plate
to form a crust.

In a bowl, blend the ice cream, pudding mix and milk.

Pour the mixture into the crust. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs over
the top and refrigerate. The flavor is better if this sits overnight.
