4 cans apple pie filling
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
1/4-pound stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
4 pie crusts such as Pillsbury Pie Crusts
    from the dairy case,
OR:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix apples, cinnamon, butter and sugar in a large
sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until blended, and heat until the mixture begins to
thicken, stirring ocassionally. This tenderizes all the apple segments and makes you
famous for great pie.

While the mixture is heating roll out two piecrusts so that they fit a large deep-dish
pie plate. Place crusts in the bottoms of two pie plates and divide the heated pie
filling between them.

Roll out two more crusts so that they fit the tops of the pies. After the top crusts are
in place, press down the edges, trim the excess dough, and ventilate the top crust by
making big "D" for "Don". Okay, you can use your own initial.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until crusts are golden brown.
Or, you can make
Apple Crumb Pie
Your own PIE CRUST
This recipe makes two pies. So
why not? You're gonna need 'em.
