The Coudersport standard pie crust

4 cups of flour
1 3/4 cups of vegetable shortening
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup of water
Mix the flour and sugar together in a bowl. Then cut the shortening
into the flour and sugar mixture.

Beat the vinegar, egg and water together. Then mix the liquid mixture
into the flour mixture.

Makes 3 pie crusts, top and bottom.
