3/4 to 1 pound of hot Italian Sausage in casing
2 cups of wide egg noodles
1 16-ounce jar of Alfredo sauce
   (we used Bertolli Creamy Alfredo)
1 onion, diced
Pepper to taste

Slowly pan fry the sausage until well done. Meanwhile boil the
noodles according to package instructions, or about 7 minutes, and
boil the diced onion until tender.

While the noodles are draining, use the pot to heat the Alfredo
sauce. Stir in the onions when they're ready, seasoning with pepper
to taste. Then stir in the drained noodles.

Arrange two plates each with half of the hot sausage to one side.
Next to the sausage pour a serving of Alfredo noodles. Garnish
with parsley flakes. Mmm.
