Simple ... make it during Halftime.
2 cups (dry) of wide egg noodles
1 pound of kielbasa sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 yellow onion, diced large
1/2 to 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Begin by preparing your favorite wide egg noodles. Add the onion and mushrooms during the last half of cook time. Drain them when they're ready. Then pour it all back into the pot with some melted butter and flavoring.

Slice a pound or so of pre-cooked Kielbasa and heat it in the microwave. Mix the Kielbasa and noodles and serve in time for the 3rd quarter.
