Enough leftovers to make sandwiches!
3 pounds of ground beef
1 cup of oat meal
1 yellow onion, diced
4 jumbo eggs
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 26-ounce jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease two 9 x 5 x 3-inch glass loaf pans.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except for the spaghetti sauce,
and mix well. Divide the meatloaf mixture between the two prepared
pans. Top both loaves with a 1/2-inch (or more) thick layer of spaghetti
sauce, and bake for 75 minutes.

Let cool 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve.
