Guard Cat on Duty
Mix the Sauce:
1/3-cup of orange marmalade
1/8-teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of pineapple juice
1/4-teaspoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 teaspoons of mustard

Cut into bite-sized chunks:
Ham
Swiss Cheese
Pineapple
Onion
Mix the sauce and cut the ham and other ingredients into chunks.

Push the food chunks onto kabob sticks.

Paint everything well with sauce and roast on a barbeque grill or a grill
over an open fire
