This quick use for turkey leftovers offers
an oriental surprise during American holidays.
2 cups of leftover turkey gravy
1 cup of leftover turkey dark meat
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 cup of Chow Mein noodles
Heat the gravy in a pan. Cut the leftover dark meat into
bite-size pieces and add to the gravy. Season with curry
powder, stirring well.

Serve on a bed of dry Chow Mein noodles.
