1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of shredded Cheddar
1/2 cup of Bisquick baking mix
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Fry the ground beef, salt, pepper and
onion together and drain. Spread this in the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie
plate, and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Stir together the Bisquick, milk and eggs. Then pour the mixture over the
top of the pie. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees or until a knife inserted
at the center comes out clean.
Serve as is, or try serving it with a tomato slice on top of each slice.
