8 ounces of crab meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
1/8 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon of parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon of Phillips Seafood Seasoning
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Combine all of the ingredients except the crab meat. When ingredients
are mixed together well, fold in the crab and shape into cakes. Pan fry.
