Grandma Rose made her Aunt Minnie's recipe
every Christmas during the years we lived with her.
1 pound of Butter
1 pound of Flour
1 pound of Sugar
1 dozen eggs
1/2 pint of brandy
3 pounds of Raisins
1 box of currents
1 pound of Sultana raisins
1 pound of Almonds
1 pound of Walnuts
1/2 pound of Pecans
1/2 pound of citron
Beat butter and flour together until really creamy. Beat yolks of
eggs and sugar until creamy. Mix together. Add fruit and brandy,
and fold in egg whites after they are well beaten. Bake 4 hours
for a large one and 1 hour for bread pan size.
