2 teaspoons of vanilla
Sugar to taste
The ingredients must be cold to start. Beat the cream and vanilla
mixed. Gradually add sugar. Beat mixture until it holds its shape.
Spread on cake.
In season, garnish with fresh blueberries,
raspberries or sliced strawberries.
For a subtle peppery flavor, garnish
with a cascade of nasturtiums.
