More dipping but smaller portion size!
3 fresh brown eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Break the largest of the three eggs into a small bowl, careful not to
break the yolk. Crack the remaining two eggs, but pour the yolks from
shell to shell over another bowl allowing the whites to drop away from
the yolks. Add the two yolks to the first one, careful not to break them.

Now you have one egg with three whole yolks. Fry them together
slowly, and serve with your favorite toast and coffee. More protein,
less fiber, just what the doctor ordered (or perhaps he didn’t).
Serves one.
