Bacon done just right! And
made the easy, no-mess way.
Start the bacon long before frying the eggs, and cook it slowly.

Line an iron skillet with bacon strips, and heat the skillet on 3 or 4. When
the bacon starts frying, reduce the heat to between 2 and 3 to cook the
meat very slowly. Turn the strips often to keep them from curling.

For a large amount of bacon, arrange it on the broiler pan and bake it in the
oven. This drains the fat at the same time.
