These are kinda rich ... so make
some coffee to wash 'em down.
Make a smooth paste with the milk, sugar, salt and flour. Break in the
5 eggs one at a time, stirring constantly, and beat well.

Heat a large frying pan and grease well. Put about 6 tablespoons of the
mixture in the frying pan, and cook until brown and puffed. Or you
can put the frying pan in a hot oven.

Serve with jelly, sugar and slices of lemon. Serves four.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
Preparing these at your place:
Pour melted butter over your stack of pancakes, and squeeze or pour
lemon juice all over them. Add your pancake syrup. Sprinkle some
confectioner's sugar over the top using a small strainer and tapping the
powder out with your finger. There you're ready to enjoy.
