Served after an evening walk to honor Florence Bernstein (1919-2003) This was her favorite dessert drink.

Fill a 1 1/2-ounce schnapps glass with Amaretto to within 3/8 to 1/2-inch
of the top. Scoop a teaspoon as full of Cool Whip as possible and
carefully scrap it over the rim of the glass so that the cream sits on top of
the liqueur. The cream should nearly cover the top of the liquid but with
maybe a crack to sip it through at one edge.
That's it. Sip it slowly through the cream. Mmm. You might need to
finish the cream at the bottom with a teaspoon. Rich, not filling, but with
a nice nutty after taste.
